  1. Use scissors to cut out the UPC barcode and white serial number sticker from the side of the box.
    2.
  2. Mail the UPC barcode and white serial number sticker along with the complete sales receipt* and mail-in rebate form..

    * Sales receipts must be from an authorized Pioneer DJ dealer. Hand-written receipts are not acceptable.
